★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are fraudsters!!!, They tried to overcharge me, the receptionists were so angry at me and they yelled at me.The breakfast had the same dishes everyday and it was not good.IT WAS A TERRIBLE STAY. PLEASE DO NOT STAY THERE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They tried to swindle us by canceling our reservation and then redirecting us to a more expensive hotel (of the same owner) named Kocatepe hotel. We had no choice besides to accept because it was 1 AM. They said that the hotel they redirected us is a four star hotel however it cannot qualify as a 4 star hotel because of the lack of facilities, hygiene and quality of the rooms.
