★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel, wonderful service. Breakfast is wonderful, Sahika and the rest of the staff are great. Room sparkling clean. Location is perfect, close to town and walkable, far enough from the construction and city noise, so you don’t even hear it. Get the river view room, beautiful sound to fall a sleep by with the windows open.

The services were very good and the staff are awesome and helpful. just one point I wish they can improve it it was the internet, because sometimes we lost the connection. Big and grateful for the staff especially Chef Shhika and Yunus emre

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very close to the historical Kars, the castle, etc. so it's convenient for city tour by foot. The room was clean and fairly luxuries even though the bathroom was a bit small and narrow. Open-buffet breakfast was rich and delicious. There's a fairly large garden in front of the hotel where you can have a drink and enjoy the traditional live music during evenings. The Kars stream flowing in front of the hotel gives a pleasant view, but the smell from the stream was a bit annoying. Of course, this has nothing to do with the hotel, so in sum, we had a very nice couple of days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly the place is breathtaking and it feels so cozy. I personally like antique and old architecture and this place is just like that. the staff is so friendly and helpful. every time we come to kars we will definitely come back here again. we were staying only one day here in kars but because we liked the hotel so much we decided to stay one more day. the only thing I’d recommend is to lower th fee a little bit. and also a black carpet at the main door would be even cooler.

The location is really unique and amazing the rooms are warm. Every night there's live music in the garden which is amazing and refreshing.
The staff is so friendly.
The only problem we faced was weak internet connection in our room

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve loved this hotel, from the staff to the history to the location, a bit out of the center, but that’s not a bad thing because it’s super quiet, except for the other guests, as sound insulation between rooms isn’t much. I had a wonderful time overall and I’d highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing stay at this hotel. The property is lovely and right next to the Kars Castle. The rooms are overlooking a beautiful stream which was half frozen at this time of the year (December) which made it magical.
The staff, Alican, Sahika and Ilyas were kind and helpful. Would be coming here again. Thank you.
