The staff were amazing and so pleasant at all times the rooms are nice and clean spotless springs to mind the down sides are food very repetitive and drinks not much choice so we ate out most nights but would stay again as it is central .

Beautiful rooms, the food is really good and always something available between 08:30 and 23:00 the catering is more to the international taste rather than English but there has always been chips and a selection of chicken dishes and pizza. Value for money is second to none. Wi-Fi is not available in rooms as stated though and is a bit hit and miss around bar and pool hence a star down on full marks.

I have just arrived home from this hotel. Rooms are lovely, Apo is the most friendly and helpful member of staff . But that is all i can say thats good about this hotel. Food was terrible and cold. Most of the staff are not interested if you ask for anything especially at the reception. I asked if l could get bottles of water put in my room because I have medication to take and I would pay for it and got told no! Most people were frightened to complain because the hotel manager went to someone who wrote a bad review while still staying at the hotel and went to them and gave them hell. It's the worst AI hotel that i have ever stayed in. I'm surprised that jet2 are still using this hotel not the usual standard for British people . No entertainment . Wouldn't recommend this hotel .

Good hotel, rooms are new and clean. Tasty food is served here, and friendly staff is always ready to help. Not very far from the beach. Can recommend to stay here for a family vacation, sure that you’ll be satisfied with your stay for the price that you pay.

Rooms lovely, food good and well served and staff well prepped for covid. Could do with a residents bar for after all inclusive closes. Ace bar outside but caters more for younger age group

Second year at this hotel. The staff are tremendous and cannot do enough for you. There is always a good choice on the menu with lots of salads meats breads eggs soup. The bar is open from 10.00am until 11.00pm with plenty of options. Lovely place and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Staff great. Food similar every day but good food. Rooms are spotless. Hotel is spotless. Bar is basic but a great hotel to stay at. Pool great for kids and adults. With shops just outside the gate you don't need many clothes as you can buy anything to wear for your holidays. Take pounds as you can get a better deal for clothing and shoes

3 star Hotel doing what 3 star hotels do. Some good some bad. Rooms quite modern and well appointed but cleaning service is poor although public dining areas are spotless and cleaned extensively between sittings. Very limited choice of drinks al all inclusive bar. Some very good staff and some just fed up with life. Very noisy public "Ace bar" is attached so unless that's your bag, don't have a room overlooking it. Like many have addressed some things to protect staff and customers from Covid but other things they just pretend to do when they know that the inspector is coming. Well placed for bar's, restaurants, shops and the beach. Would definitely come again and represents good value for money.
