★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cottages (which are not the same as the four star hotel) are very idyllicly located in the middle of nature with outlooks to the Sümela monastery. Some of them are wood-heated which poses some challenges during winter. (When we stayed there) Unfortunately the wood-supply was rather irregular, which caused a cold night every now and then, but that was compensated by the comfy duvets. Over all the communication from the management to the customers may improve, but it's still a magnificent place to stay, regardless of the season.
