Site güvenlik personeli ürün teslim almaya yetkili olmasına rağmen ürün teslim edilmiyor ürün geri götürülüyor. Çağrı merkezinden randevulu olarak depolarından teslim almak istediğimde ise ürün bir saat bulunamıyor bir saat bekletiliyorum.
