We know that everything is of poor quality in this country, but this company plays the top of the line in poor quality. I don't think it has a single quality person, their system is not working properly. The product they say in distribution is not in distribution, they are wasting people's time. We are out of our power and waiting for cargo at home, but no one knows. Even if you have to, it is better not to do that job instead of working with such an unqualified, poor quality, terrible company. I hope they live in agony. Disgraceful people.

It is such a bad and unorganized company that they send a message saying that your package will be delivered during the day, they connect you to your home, then wait for it to come. When they call in the evening and ask for it, they say it was taken back to the warehouse in Düzce, and they falsely say that it will be accelerated to the ground. I am in zonguldak, the distance between Düzce and zonguldak is 1 hour way but they couldn't deliver for 1 week. They keep circulating the product for which we paid thousands of liras from city to city. Unless they are really lying about distribution.

When I read the bad reviews about it, at first I thought how bad could it be. You have to call and beg them to deliver any cargo. They send an SMS like it will be delivered within the day, never take it from your business by relying on this message. You get permission for nothing.

Don't get too excited, change your plans, or take time off from your workplace because your product won't arrive and your day will be wasted. Why can't we comment without giving any stars? Oh, and don't try to reach them by phone, they don't answer the Ankara phone.

A disgraceful logistics company, they have been keeping the product in the warehouse for two weeks. Customer service doesn't work either. They keep saying the same thing. I have never seen a worse, more disgraceful cargo company in my life. Although you call many times and report an urgency, they do nothing but say that it will be forwarded to the authorized person, even though you create a complaint. They keep the product they need to deliver in the warehouse for 10 days and constantly extend the delivery date. 1 piece of 5 pieces of product was forgotten during shipping, now it is not clear where that 1 piece of product is. I'm calling, it's always in shipping. They don't accept the mistake they made, never find a solution, and say if there is anything else I can help with as if by swearing, they hang up the phone in your face. Although Vivense delivered the product the next day, today, on the 15th day, 5 pieces of my product, 4 pieces of which are missing in Kahramankazan, and 1 piece of it is not known where it is. When you buy the product, look if Horoz Logistics is written as the cargo company, stay away. Otherwise, you may have a nervous breakdown and be hospitalized because of the undelivered product.

They keep the product they need to deliver in the warehouse for 10 days, and they constantly extend the delivery date so that the cargoes are in the delivery area. If it wasn't for a product I bought at a discount, I would have canceled and complained.
