Horoz Lojistik taşırken mi sıkıntı oldu, yoksa o firmaya sağlam teslim etti de sonrasında mı sıkıntı oldu henüz çözebilmiş değiliz.

The company of the product, for which I sent solid images for the return of the product, and I had delivered the product to Horoz Logistics closed and intact, and for which I received a sealed receipt document in return, refused my return, claiming that the product reached their hands open.

We haven't been able to solve it yet, whether it was a problem while carrying Horoz Logistics, or it was delivered to that company intact and then it was a problem.
