Auf nachfrage, was genau im Batum gemacht wird, gab sie uns die Broschüre und meinte "schaut auf die Broschüre, da steht alles" Kein freundlicher Service und die Mitarbeiter wussten selbst nicht, wann man in Trabzon wieder zurück kommt. Horon Tour, werde ich 100 % nicht buchen und kann es bestenfalls nicht weiterempfehlen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Günübirlik Uzungöl turuna katıldık. Her şey gayet güzeldi, diğer tur şirketlerine kıyasla Horon tur un fiyatları uygun ve onlardan eksik kalır bir yanları da yok. Tek sorun şoförümüz ve aynı zamanda rehberimiz olan kişinin Türkçe bilmeyen Arap yolculara bize yaptığı gibi bilgilendirme yapmaması ve onlara ilgisinin biraz yetersiz kalmasıydı.
We participated in the daily Uzungöl tour. Everything was fine, compared to other tour companies, Horon tour prices are affordable and there is nothing missing from them. The only problem was that the person who was our driver and also our guide did not inform Arab passengers who did not speak Turkish as he did to us and his interest in them was a little insufficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu kadar lakayıt, müşteriye saygısı olmayan, terbiyesiz şoför barındıran tur şirketi yoktur herhalde. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmem kimse önünden bile geçmesin. Şoföre hızlı gittigini ve çocukların korktugunu söyleyince soförden ağıza alınmayacak laflar çıkmaya başladı ve yol ortasında durup bizi arabadan atmaya çalıştı. Bu kadar terbiyesizlik saygısızlik görmedik, parasıyla rezil olmak isteyen varsa buradan tur paketleri satın alabilir....
I suppose there is no tour company that has so much crayon, no respect for customers and rude drivers. I certainly wouldn't recommend anyone to get past it. When he told the driver that he was going fast and the children were scared, he started to say words that could not be taken from the driver and tried to throw us out of the car. We have not seen so much disrespect, rudeness, if you want to be embarrassed with money you can buy tour packages from here ....

They have a very friendly, understanding business group and bosses, although the tour cars have already left, they sent me to my tour again, I seriously recommend an institution that does its job properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok for the price. I went on three tours with them. We had air-conditioning problems in a scorching heat wave on all days. I heard from others that other busses of Horon Tours have broken down all together when the air-conditioner was turned all the time..
On one day, they put me on a tour with a driver (there was no guide) who doesn't speak a single word of English. He was giving instructions about assembly time& point in Turkish. I was truly lost! Luckily, later a fellow passenger volunteered to translate. On our trip to Ozungöl, we were only taken to the lake itself. The driver said we should pay more so he would take us to see the view from the top.
Other than that, it was ok. Staff at the office were very nice.
