★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gelen müşterilere "hocam" diye hitap edilmesi çok itici. Beyefendi yada Hanımefendi şeklinde hitap edilmesi daha mütavazi ve kibar olur. Yüksekova da böyle güzel bir dekorasyona sahip işletmeye bu tür sokak kahvesi ağzı yakışmıyor. İlk defa geldim dekor açısından çok beğendim yalnız çalışanlar için aynı şeyi söylemicem çalışanların bayan olarak tercih ettiğiniz kadar konuşma menü sunumu ve ililenmeleri konusunda üstünde durmanızı öneririm. Yerel halk dışında memurları da buraya çekmeniz de fayda var.
Calling incoming customers as "my teacher" is very unattractive. It would be more modest and polite to be addressed as a gentleman or a lady. In Yüksekova, this kind of street coffee does not suit a business with such a beautiful decoration. I came here for the first time, I liked it very much in terms of decor. I would not say the same thing for lone employees, I suggest that you emphasize the conversation, menu presentation and caring of the employees as much as you prefer as a woman. It is also useful to attract the officers here, as well as the local people.

The hookah is extremely nice, the ambiance is close to perfect. It has a friendly staff. It deserves 5 stars but I think the music should be reviewed.
