Tek sıkıntı merkeze biraz uzak tramvayla 15-20 dakika arası sürüyor.. It just came out of renovation this year. The rooms are for 4 people and have a private study desk. It is 15-20 minutes walking distance to Osmangazi University. The only problem is that it takes 15-20 minutes by tram, which is a bit far from the center.
