★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Şehir dışında acil bir durumda, inanılmaz hızlı, kibar bir şekilde sorunumu çözdüler. Ve bunu bedelsiz yaptılar. İstanbul hatta Türkiye'de alışık olmadığım kadar iyi hizmet aldım.
 In an out-of-town emergency, they solved my problem incredibly quickly and politely. And they did it for free. I received better service than I am used to in Istanbul or even in Turkey.

Çalışan arkadaşlar gayet ilgili ve kibardı, periyodik bakım olması gerektiği gibi kısa sürüyor. Farklı markalarda ki tecrübelerimde genelde sabah bıraktığım aracımı akşam alıyordum lakin burada 10:30 da teslim ettiğim aracım 12:30 da hazırdı. Bütün birimlerde çalışan , emek veren arkadaşlara müteşekkirim. Hediyeniz içinde ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Bundan sonra tereddüt etmeden tercih edeceğim yetkili servis.
Looking at the comments here, I did not think that I would be so satisfied with the service I went for periodic maintenance with negative thoughts.
Employees were very interested and polite, periodical maintenance is short as it should be. In my experience with different brands, I usually pick up my vehicle that I left in the morning in the evening, but my vehicle that I delivered here at 10:30 was ready at 12:30. I would like to thank my friends who work and work in all units. Also thank you for your gift. From now on, I will choose the authorized service without hesitation.

The lady who greeted at the desk was very good and the smiling sales representative did not even say welcome, a sufficient reason for me not to go again.
