On 09/12/2021, I delivered the vehicle to Ms. Ceren, the service consultant, to have the vehicle's general maintenance done. I talked to Mr. Mehmet from the paint department about a small rutus issue. He said that he would be interested in the subject by saying that we will help like this. I went to pick up the vehicle on 10/12/2021. I did not have a problem in the service department, but thanks to Mehmet Bey from the Paint department, he was not interested in the minor rutus process of the vehicle.
