It was determined that although they charged for the pollen filter change in the annual maintenance last year, it was not replaced. Employees smoke everywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aracımın yıllık bakımlarını burada yaptırmıştım. Kağıt üzerinde gerekli bütün parçaların değiştiğini yazmışlar ama hava filtresinin değişmediği anlaşıldı. Diğer parçaların değişip değişmediği hala bir muamma çünkü anlaşılamadı. Yeniden bakımlarını kendi özel servisimde yaptırdım bu yüzden güven vermediği için. Hiç kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum. Yetkili servis anlayışından tamamen uzak bir dolandırıcı işletme vasfında. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmem.
I had my car's annual maintenance done here. They wrote on the paper that all the necessary parts were changed, but it turned out that the air filter was not changed. It is still a mystery whether other parts have changed because it is not understood. I had them re-maintained in my own private service, so it didn't inspire confidence. I don't recommend it to anyone. It is in the nature of a fraudulent business that is completely far from the understanding of authorized service. I would definitely not recommend.
