I would like to congratulate and thank the sales representative Ali, in particular, Mrs. Dersim, the customer representative, Ms. Angel paint protection, Ms. Hülya from the insurance department, and other employees (whose names I can't remember). ***** Çamkıran Honda Plaza is on the side of the road in Gaziemir region, on the main road from İzmir center to the airport. The traffic is very busy at the start and end of the working hours, and it is fluent at other hours. There is no entrance to the plaza from the main road, to enter the plaza, take the side road at Vatan Bilgisayar about 300 meters before. After going about 300 m on this side road, the signs of the plaza are visible. The entrance is right next to the building. ***** No refreshments are served due to the pandemic. This is an unacceptable disgrace for Camkiran Honda. In the last month, I have seen it in the plazas of other competing companies, the necessary precautions are taken and the guests are served. Here, on the other hand, not being served at least a hot tea and coffee while waiting for service or other reasons cannot be tolerated by taking shelter of the pandemic excuse. ?????

I can't say anything about the technical staff, but the staff in the service registration department is very unattractive. In addition, when I said I want only one part to be checked, they said that if you do not replace it, you will pay a fault detection fee of 650 TL. Don't be that greedy. I bought the aforementioned piece as a set for 700 TL and changed it myself, without even needing to check.
