★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were terrible as no sound insolation sufficient, stuff especially in the breakfast room was not nice. The way tread me was like not a hotel customer but someone who are not suppose to be there. A male person in the breakfast room on 6 th of April ( He most probably was one of the supervisor ) approach was unacceptable.
I will never ever stay there and I will not recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed 5 nights in this hotel. The location is very good, the major places are close by, of course by car not by foot. The receptionist Osman welcomed me with a big smile and the other hotel staff were very kind as well during my stay. I have used the room service twice, huge portions, however I was somehow not fully satisfied with the taste. That could be my taste though, maybe somebody else will like it. The gym is small and there were technical issues during my stay, that was the only downside. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a peaceful business stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very disappointing stay in holiday inn Gaziantep. the staff couldn't communicate in English. they gave me a room with a nearly functioning bathroom. it took so much time to check in, they didn't recognize the membership status and the didn't offer the welcome points/drinks... keys were not working and one of the rooms were wrong type. the windows allow so much noise from outside although the room was on high floor.
they managed to fix the bathroom the 2nd day but the experience is already ruined. I had an issue with the billing and they were unable to support because they cannot communicate in English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went to the branch in bursa as well, 1 year ago and few days ago and this branch is equally well, breakfast is great with many options, air conditioning is great and the bed is more comfortable than 5 star hotels also I found that the Covid-19 14 rules boards final rule had 1 word misspelled, Drink was misspelled as dink. and for 400 TRY it is nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are cleaning every day, there is a park for vehicles, support place, massage center. The breakfast is nice and there is a room service open till 23.00 every day
The only thing that i didn't like is the internet connection, the internet signal was so weak as my room was almost at the end of corridor
