I went with my family, we stayed one night, the rooms were very clean and nice, the pools were also clean, we were very satisfied with the service and the staff, I recommend it to friends, it is a place to go and see.

Rooms were nice. Employees were very respectful and good. There were some small deficiencies, but I believe that these deficiencies will be eliminated as soon as possible because I have seen with my own eyes that they are trying to be better. I would recommend it to everyone. If you are going to spare some time for your health and comfort, it is a beautiful and must-see place.

It was ridiculous that they didn't give 3 stars, it should have been 10 because it's a great hotel, the indoor and outdoor pools are excellent, especially your "staff" number 10 treats their customers very, very well I RECOMMEND ?

It is nice to have a thermal hotel in our region, but I did not like it either as a hotel, as a service or as a cleaning.

A hotel far above the regional standards. Prices are very affordable. The service is very high quality. The staff is friendly and warm enough to make you feel at home. Mazlum gentleman runs to everything. It definitely makes you feel at home, not in a hotel. A special thank you to Mr. Mazlum. Thank you for everything . I come over and over. I will continue to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ailecek kaldık. Otel günübirlik tatiller için gayet güzel. Odaları temiz. Termal ısıtma yapıldığı İçin odalar kış aylarında gayet sıcak ve hoş. Havuzu fena değil. Altında market var. Lokantadan da yemek yiyebilirsiniz.
We stayed as a family. The hotel is fine for one-day holidays. Rooms are clean. The rooms are very warm and pleasant in the winter months, as there is thermal heating. The pool isn't bad. There is a market below. You can also eat from the restaurant.
