Fakat yetkili/görevli kişilerin asık yüzleri, somurtkanlıkları, davranışları, ilgisizlikleri burayı çok aşağıya çekiyo haberleri yok. Hiç umurlarında değil zorla duruyo gibiler.
 It's a very positive place for content, variety, quality and finding what you're looking for. It's a really nice place.
However, the sullen faces, sullenness, behavior and indifference of the authorized/officer people bring this place down, and they have no news. It's like they don't care, they're forced to stop.

Tüm personeli çok güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Hiçbir sorunum cevapsız kalmadı. Bir malzemeyi nasıl kullanacağınızı bilmiyorsanız detaylı şekilde anlatıyorlar veya hangi malzeme sizin için daha kullanışlı olur onun tavsiyesini bile veriyorlar. Kötü yorumlar çok haksızca yapılmış, bu kadar ürün yelpazesine sahip Eskişehir'de başka bir hobi marketi bulamazsınız.
I am a person who makes and sells handmade products. I can easily find every product I'm looking for, and when I can't find it, they do their best to supply it. All the staff are very friendly and caring. None of my questions remained unanswered. If you don't know how to use a material, they explain it in detail or even give you advice on which material would be more useful for you. Bad comments were made very unfairly, you can't find another hobby market in Eskişehir with such a wide range of products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Her şeyi bulabilirsiniz diye düşünerek gidiyorsunuz fakat standart şeyler var. Farklı ihtiyaçlara az cevap veriyor. Fiyat konusunda bazı ürünler ciddi anlamda çok yüksek.
Temassız cihaz almaya tenezzül etmeyen bir işletme. Ki çok fazla müşteriyle muhattap olmalarına rağmen. En kötüsü ise yüzünüze bakmayan çalışanlar. Zorla orada duruyor gibi havalar. Ne de olsa müşteri tutma gibi dertleri yok. Ne de olsa gelen çok. Para akıyor. Ama bu konuya o açıdan değil. Hizmet ve güler yüz diye bakmalılar.. Gerçekten çok üzücü.
