We visited the site with the wonderful hospitality of Halide Hanım, the site manager. We visited the common area for insurance work. It is a beautiful, quiet and peaceful site.

Yaz ayında yağ çok az yağmurda çatıdan akma görmüş olsakda sitenin emlakçısı ve yöneticisi olan kişi tarafından sorunun çok küçük olduğu ve hemen iki hafta içinde halledileceği söylendiği için güvenerek evi tuttuk. 2 ay bekletik tamir edilmedi. Ev sahibi ve bizim baskımızla çalışma yaptırıldı. Tamam çözüldü dedik rahatladık. 2 ay sonra kombiyi açtık ve yerden ısıtma borularda da sorun olduğunu alttan sızma olduğunu gördük. Evde küf kokusundan durulmuyorken yoğun yağışla birde çatıdan tekrar su sızmaya başladı. 6 ay sonra tekrar ev arayışı a girdik. Siz siz olun dikkat edin.
6 months ago, we regret that the house we hold the house. I recommend you stay away. Even though we saw oil flowing from the roof in the summer in very little rain, we kept the house trusting because the person who was the site's real estate agent and manager said the problem was very small and would be solved in two weeks. Waiting for 2 months was not repaired. Worked with the host and our pressure. We said that it was solved. 2 months later we opened the boiler and underfloor heating in the bottom of the pipe was a problem that was seeping from the bottom. At home, the smell of mold must not stop, and heavy rain began to leak water from the roof again. After 6 months, we went back to search for a house. Be careful as you be.
