★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mackbook cihazım açılmıyordu ve xs max cihazımda ses sorunu vardı, 1-2 saat içinde sorunumu çözüp yolladılar. İşinde profesyönel ve saygılı bir ekip tarafından karşılandım. Ve yapacakları işleri tek tek anlattılar. İsmini bilmiyorum ama kısa saçlı ve gözlüklü beyfendi çok anlayışlı ve çok sabırlı. İlgilerinden dolayı çok teşekkür ederim.
My Mackbook device would not turn on and my xs max device had a sound problem, they fixed my problem within 1-2 hours and sent it. I was greeted by a professional and respectful team at work. And they explained what they were going to do one by one. I don't know his name but the gentleman with short hair and glasses is very understanding and very patient. Bahsettiğim sorunların sürekli tekrarlanmadığını, düzensiz periyotlarla gerçekleştiğini söylediğim de ise telefonu fabrika ayarlarına sıfırladığımda düzeleceğini söylediler. Aç-kapa düzelir mantığıyla telefon tamir ediyorlar, tebrik ediyorum.
I delivered my iPhone 11, which is still under warranty, due to a few problems. After 2 days they said it was not a mistake and returned it.
