Hışıroğlu Kuruyemiş 1954 yılında Hacı İsmet Hışıroğlu ve kardeşleri tarafından Çorum’da kurulmuştur. İlk olarak imalat ile çıktıkları yola daha sonra Türkiye’nin bir çok noktasına perakende satış yapmaya başlayarak devam etmişlerdir.
Leblebinin bütün çeşitlerinin imalatını bizzat kendileri gerçekleştiren firma yılların verdiği tecrübe ile ürünlerine lezzet katmaktadır. Kurulduğu günden bugüne gelişmeye devam eden firma şuan 4 şube ve güler yüzlü 15 çalışan ile Çorum merkezde müşterilerine hizmet vermektedir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çay içelim, leblebi de alırız diye durduk. Geldiğimizi görmelerine rağmen ne bir ilgilenen ne de sipariş alan oldu. Altı delik karton bardakla bulanık çay verdiler. Altı delik deyince "yapacak birşeyimiz yok" deyip altına bir bardak daha geçirdiler. Leblebisine birşey diyemem ama esnaflık iyi değil.
We stopped to drink tea and buy the roasted chickpeas. Even though they saw us coming, no one was interested or took an order. They gave me cloudy tea in a six hole cardboard cup. When they said six holes, they said "we have nothing to do" and put another glass under it. I can't say anything about chickpeas, but the tradesman is not good.
