Hışıroğlu Kuruyemiş 1954 yılında Hacı İsmet Hışıroğlu ve kardeşleri tarafından Çorum’da kurulmuştur. İlk olarak imalat ile çıktıkları yola daha sonra Türkiye’nin bir çok noktasına perakende satış yapmaya başlayarak devam etmişlerdir.
Leblebinin bütün çeşitlerinin imalatını bizzat kendileri gerçekleştiren firma yılların verdiği tecrübe ile ürünlerine lezzet katmaktadır. Kurulduğu günden bugüne gelişmeye devam eden firma şuan 4 şube ve güler yüzlü 15 çalışan ile Çorum merkezde müşterilerine hizmet vermektedir.

The place where I stopped and shopped while passing through Çorum last year. It is clean and there are many kinds. The packaged products are also nice and fresh. Somewhat expensive.

Çünkü; hani şehirlerin meşhur yerleri vardır rağbet çok olunca bir süre sonra doyarlar ve müşteri de kim oluyormuş havasında kaşarlaşırlar. Önceden ürün kalitesi en iyilerden idi ama artık çoğu kuruyemişçide kalite aynı seviyede. O yüzden bunların suratsız tavırlarını hiç çekmeye gerek yok. Leblebi kalitesinde hayvalı leblebicisini hepsinden ayrı tuttarım.

Previously, the product quality was the best, but now most of the nuts are at the same level. So there is no need to take their sullen attitudes at all. I keep the roasted chickpea in the quality of roasted chickpeas apart from all of them.
