It has great local products, the owner ismail is a wonderful person, it is one of the rare places where you can find additive-free natural products, especially hazelnut paste komesi is my favourite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pestili çok beğenemedim. Ne içindeki fındık ezmesini beğendim (aşırı şekerliydi) ne de dışındaki dut pekmezini. Kibar bir işletme.
I didn't like the pestle very much. I didn't like the hazelnut paste inside (it was too sweet) nor the mulberry molasses outside. Kind business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lezzetli ve taze ürünler satıyorlar. Gebzede çalıştığım fabrikada bir arkadaşımız eşi doğum yaptı diye tatlı olarak hisar pestilden aldığı tatlıyı ikram etti. Çok hoşumuza gitti. Bizzat kendimde eve almak için gittiğimde güleryüzlü ve samimi davranışlarını beğendim. Pestil, kömenin yanında sattıkları zeytinyağının kalitesi de süper. Gebzede böyle bir işyerinin faaliyet göstermesi, gebze halkı için bulunmaz nimet. İşyeri sahibi bize pendikte şube açmak gibi niyetleri olduğunu söylemişti. Pendikte oturan birisi olarak umarım şubelerini pendikte görürüz.

We really liked it. I personally liked their friendly and sincere behavior when I went to take them home myself. The quality of the olive oil they sell besides the pestil, kome is also super. The fact that such a business is operating in Gebze is a blessing for the people of Gebze. The owner of the business told us that he intends to open a branch in pendik. As someone living in Pendik, I hope we see their branches in Pendik.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Organik ev yapımı gibi olmasa da denemeye değer. Bence fabrikasyonların en iyilerinden. Yalnız bazen sonra aldığınız bir önceki kadar iyi olmayabiliyor. Tazelik farkı mı artık bilemem. Yine de güzel.
Although it is not like organic homemade, it is worth a try. I think it is one of the best fabrications. But sometimes what you get after may not be as good as before. I don't know if it's a freshness difference. Nice anyway.
