Çeyiz için bir yemek takımı aldık. Alınan yemek takımı bayram öncesi ödemesi yapılıp bayram sonrası ilk iş günü teslim edileceği garantisi verilerek satıldı. Daha sonra stoklarda olmadığı 15.08.2020 tarihinden önce teslim edilemeyeceği söylendi. Stoklarda yoksa yemek takımı neden stoklarda var diye satılıyor? Hisarın merkezini aradığımda telefonlar açılmıyor. Mağaza arandığında oyalamak üzere ilerleniyor. Ücret iadesi istiyorum ücret iadesi yapamıyoruz deniliyor. VERDİĞİM PARADAN DA ALDIĞIM TAKIMDAN DA PİŞMAN OLDUM KESİNLİKLE TAVSİYE ETMİYORUM.

We bought a dinner set for the dowry. The dinner set purchased was sold with the guarantee that the payment was made before the holiday and it will be delivered on the first working day after the holiday. It was later said that it was not in stock and could not be delivered before 15.08.2020. If not in stock, why are the dinnerware sold because it is in stock? Phones do not turn on when I call the center of the fortress. When the store is called, it proceeds to stall. It is said that I want a refund, we cannot refund. Biz alırken uyarı yoktu yeni alacaklara bu uyarılar ders olsun. Defolu tabaklar , çatal ,kaşık ,bıçaklar ,tencereler.. bir ürünleri de düzgün olmaz mı?
If you don't want to be disgraced with your money, stay away. If they can sell the defective product and have it accepted by whom. I bought my dowry set from Ankamall Fortress, they didn't send the salt shaker, pepper shaker and napkin holder for my guest dinner set. Every time I call they said it will come this week. It came two months later and they didn't send the bottom stoppers either, I called again and they said there is nothing we can do and they hung up and they didn't help, everything is very good until they sell broken parts supply they can even do it, but they are incapable of providing even the products they did not send

Surecte degisim esnasında hic bir sorun yasamadık. Anlayışlı ve ilgili personel. Urunumuzden de alisverisimizden de gayet memnunum. Urun fiyatı piyasaya göre uygundu
