This hotel and the reception staff are really bad, there is a written on the website (581TL)and the price given when you come to the reception, pay cash (845TL)they are absolutely not honest and they are just trying to pile customers , In the photo below, the price of the bed is 581 liras, the money taken from me at the reception is 845 liras. the tourist rigging must stop ? I definitely do not recommend this hotel, they have very bad services, please choose other hotels

Pros: Price was low. Location was convenient to museum. Waiter in restaurant on first night was kind, friendly, generous and overall a fine man. Cons: 1. As noted in other reviews the internet connection here is awful. I tethered to my cell phone (hotspot) instead and was ten times better than hotel wifi. 2. Placed in smoking room at checkin. Had to move rooms the next morning. My Hilton profile shows non-smoking room wanted. 3. NO AIR-COND. Room was 26-27c because they TURNED OFF THE AIR COND two weeks earlier. Guest's choice was either heater or nothing. Miserable hot, impossible to sleep. No help from staff other than to bring us fans. All that accomplished was to blow hot air around the room. Completely unacceptable situation. Was lied to by first maintenance man called to room, told me to wait two hours for room to cool. Then second guy (11:30PM!) pretended to adjust thermostat and then admitted there was no A/C. Visit to front desk next day resulted in lengthy conversations with maintenance manager and sales manager, but no relief from HEAT. 4. The room is old, tired, and in desperate need of renovation. Carpets in hallways were old and stained. 5. At checkout I asked for adjustment to be made to bill, desk clerk said he could not and would involve manager. 24 hours later (now) and no contact so it looks like nothing was done in regards to Service Recovery. We are Hilton "Diamond" status and at no point were we recognized as such nor was any special room or room amenity offered/provided. My suggestion is that Hilton corporate should remove this property as one of their franchises. We spend 125 nights a year in hotels, we know what is to be expected and what we expect. This property failed badly and was our worst stay in many years.

Everthing were wonderful, all staff are very kind and very interested. Room was clean, breakfast was rich, location was great. Thank you so much all staff, especially Ferhat, Fatma and Abdullah

The location is quite convenient and the parking is easy to find. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The room was decent, just the velvety sofa felt old and not as sanitary. Overall, a pretty comfortable stay.

Satyed a code of times...Good hotel with amenities like pool and gym.. Located in a far distance but still walkable to main attractions. A big mall right next to it. Clean, good breakfast the only thing u did not like was carpets, they look very dirty..

Great location, 10-15min easy walk to museums, Abraham's pool, castle and bazaar and next to big modern mall with food court. Free underground parking, clean rooms, good breakfast. Lost 1 star as I was relying on using the guest laundry. Reception sold the tokens and the machine started turning but never actually washed. Tech staff was very helpful by doing my laundry in the hotel's big machine - thank you! - but I don't think they plan to fix the guest machine.
