★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great hotel in Mardin! Very excellent service and very friendly employees!
I will stay again in this hotel during my next visit in Mardin! This hotel is even better than a lot of 4* hotels in Europe! And I will also recommend tasting the brunch in this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and competant staff. Clean facilities but the hotel needs some renovations. Especially the fridges in the rooms have to be working much better considering the climate of the region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t care about costumers, if you ever think about coming here think a million times before you do it. They lied so much, we politely asked about smoke shisha outside and they said yes you can, when we came outside after the pool (which is dirty) they came to us so rude saying it’s forbidden after they said we can, so we came to the parking area to our car to smoke it. It’s a really shame, a five stars hotel lied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is quite far from everything as it is located on a hilltop. The service is not bad but only one reception staff can communicate in English. The room felt a bit old and the thermostat did not work well at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THIS HOTEL ? SINCE THE FAKE COVIT MoNEY MAKING SCAM THEY HAVE GONE INSAIN!!! WARNING THE FOOD IS DISGUSTING THE SERVICE IS VERY BAD .
AND EVERY THING IS COVERED IN PLASTIC THAT MAYBE A GOOD THING KEEPING THE WORKERS AT A GOOD DISTANCE .
