Hilton Garden Inn Konya

Reception needs training,rooms are to hot aircon system needs to be repaired, room service doesn't listen when you order they like in the hurry to get of the phone. no porters. In some point you question if it's a Hilton hotel or not?

Room were ok but it had too poor breakfast. In fitness center, devices were broken and not working. Front office requested to give them 5 star in evaluating themselves. Not like a Hilton Hotel. I experienced some other Hilton Garden Inn's, but this one was the poorest.

The room was clean. Staff was okay not too friendly but not rude. So overall experience was good

It is just 300 metres walking distance from the Mevlana Museum. The rates are very cheaper and it is one of the best hotels to stay in Konya if you are looking to visit the museum

Not the nicest Hilton we’ve stayed in. It was ok but the place was almost deserted. Breakfast was sub par and the staff is not very helpful. Cleanliness was acceptable, but the room is not particularly well stocked, there are literally only two towels. The shower head in the room was also broken and as there is no door on the shower it sprayed everywhere and soaked the two towels provided. We are Hilton diamond members and stay at this chain often, but if we came back to Konya we would book elsewhere. Staff also didn’t acknowledge our membership status on check in. Overall poor service and not the quality one would expect from Hilton, even at the garden inn level.

Amazing location with Mevlana Museum < 1.5 km walking distance. Fast check-in, courteous staff, good breakfast buffet spread. Recommended to take rooms with view of Panorama Muzesi.

This is a pretty solid hotel in Konya. Hilton quality, well-maintained and comfy. I had booked 2 pairs of connected rooms, for ~$80 a night each. There were 2 major drawbacks in my stay: - Check-in was super slow. We waited more than 1 hour to get into our rooms. - The mattresses were clearly overused. People from all 4 of our rooms were unhappy and had backaches sleeping on them. A couple of them had to sleep on the ground. I had to sleep on the edge of the bed, as it was less worn out. The hotel management needs to maintain mattress quality as a comfy mattress is the cornerstone of a hotel room. Other than that, there was a ton of pluses: + 10 minute walk to Mevalana Mausoleum + The hotel restaurant is very affordable and top-notch quality + Hotel is very roomy and well-decorated + The hotel's surrounding areas are excellent and tidy + Taxi service and free self-parking - No baggage service (haul your baggage to your room yourself) + Reasonable prices for a shop yourself mini-shop in the lobby + Good gym amenities
