Hilton Garden Inn Erzincan (4stars)

Just the perfect hotel in such small city, every thing was like what you are expecting. Good rooms, professional staff, enough parking space... The important thing is: GREAT VALUE. This chain of hotel should be available in every town and city in the world.

Thus is a beautiful property, and the staff is attentive, professional, and friendly!

So my evaluation is based on my experience at other Hiltons (in other parts of Turkey --and of the world) and there are a number of inconsistencies in this branch. The service quality comes and goes and some of the staff members seem to try and find ways around your pretty regular requests (ie. warm breakfast without eggs due to allergies). I needed to request multiple times and provide options myself (if you don't have mushrooms, perhaps some peppers with cheese?) The coffee quality at the breakfast is the lowest I have had in any Hiltons (the options are either instant coffee from the machine or really bad filtered coffee) or in any hotel for that matter. I suspect that's due to not having much of a coffee culture in the city overall so I would strongly recommend them to have someone to look into that matter. Hilton can easily set up a standard for this to ensure quality I presume. The hotel is located a bit far from the city centre (somewhat usual aspect for big hotel chains due to safety) and it's very easy and cheap to take a cab to the city centre. I very much liked to be surrounded by mountains. Oh, and the room cleaning was not thorough. I pointed this out and they fixed it.

We get there at 23:30, they offer is a higher price than what was mentioned in maps/TripAdvisor/Hotels and etc. They doubled price because they thought that we take the high price,but we took alemdar hotel, check that, alemdar is perfect

Price quality this hotel is great. Breakfast is extensive and the rooms are comfortable. Only the aircon is a problem. Staff otherwise friendly and the hotel is near the airport. Have stayed in the past and is convenient for business travel. Internet is stable and good for business purposes.

Very nice staff. Very helpful. Restaurant food is very good. Big servings. Also the adjoining kebab house (ocakbaşı) is superb. One of the best Inhave been. Very clean no smoke no smell. Rooms and hotel need a bit manitenance though. AC was basically only On or Off without being able to adjust. Towels were a bit old too. No AC and open window was still 24c in winter though. All in all very pleasant stay overall. 7km from airport and 20min from ski resort.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was a bit worn down already and had a smell of cigarettes. Bed, Bath and shower were splendid. Breakfast was very good! It's a bit out of the city center so not many opportunities to go out around. Close to the airport and the street towards Erzurum.
