Hilton Bursa Convention Center and Spa

Must mention I was very disappointed with a world renowned and 5 star hotel. The service is poor. We asked for directions to tourist areas in the city and there was no response from the reception staff. The walls of the rooms are thin and you can hear the neighbors' TV. We wanted a knife and fork for the room because we decided to eat in the room and they asked for payment. A real disappointment.

unfortunately the restaurant was closed. the lounge was good. nice service, the food not always tasty, but ok. portions are very good. the area is not very interesting, many car shops. there are two shopping malls, one of them is one of the nicest we have visited in turkey. room was beautiful.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, particularly the concierge. Me and my family enjoyed the breakfast. Thank you.

Upon check in I was taken to a room that was dirty assigned by the front desk . I over looked it and then things just got worse and worse . Then we finally got our room . The tv was not working. We ordered room service and the food was so small we spent 400 TL and was still hungry . (Not to mention we stayed here with 2 small children )we even called about some of the food we ordered not coming to the room and they left us on hold and never called back . Said they would report the problem to the manager and he never even addressed the problem . the next day we woke up and scheduled a room cleaning while we went out . Came back hours later the room was still dirty. These people act like they have no care in the world .. no SHAME . Went to use the pool . They acted like the pool was just for show and really didn’t want us using it . “She said do you want to use the pool or just look at it “ (what type of question is that ? ) then upon check out we left and they didn’t even ask how was our stay . Nor did they even smile at us .. it was a terrible experience.. the place was beautiful but the people terrible ...

The bed is too soft I prefer more hard mattress ( back support ) There is no sound proof on the wall I can hear the noise from the people who stay near my room

Great staff and ambiance. Mr. Ramzan helped us alot, he arranged a taxi for us to visit Uludag. Our trip wouldnt have been so good without Mr. Ramzan.

The unfortunately extremely terrible experience I had. Everything starts with check-in reception not allowing me to use my point then my room was very bad all shower and bath parts were complete doesn't work also kettle was not cleaned after the last customer also all room very dirty include sealing, room phone doesn't work and I used bathroom phone to contact reception but nothing change because they don't fix the problem also they don't change my room too. Unfortunately, I paid the full amount of my stay (I tell this because check out part another drama happen reception staff think to run out without pay) now I'm waiting from management to sort out my request of the point balance... I need to say thank you to, security manager, and assistant manager, for following up on all my problems.

I loved this hotel. The rooms amd bathrooms were clean and beautiful. And very friendly, helpful staff. Also, their room service is good.
