It is a site on a terribly steep slope, filled with rundown houses that were formerly collected by the clerk crew, who collected three cents. He also tried to create an introverted system by showing the way of the municipality with iron gates. In the years 1999-2000, while there was a single grocery store, the grocery store was closed because it was selling out to the back. The nearest grocery store is 20-25 minutes away on foot ... If the dogs don't shine at you ... There is no neighborhood and people will not even look at you like an animal while watering flowers from the side garden ... They will get a house

The first advantage is that it is located at a distance of approximately 750 meters from both the center of Şile and the beach. The site was completed in 1995 and consists of 47 garden twin-type reinforced concrete houses with 96 independent sections. Most of the buildings on the site are topographically built on a high slope. Due to its dominant position on the Şile plain, it is possible to see the Şile plain and forests from almost all houses and partly sea views from the South West front. Depending on the weather conditions, the visibility goes up to 30-35 km and it is possible to see large ships entering and exiting the Strait from the sea. There are many adult trees in the site. Among these, it is possible to come across palm trees with the advantage of being close to the sea. The zoning roads passing through the site have been included in the site until a regulation is made for the public benefit - such as the need for transition. Site environment is calm and quiet, residential area.

The site is very useful with the renovations made. The only problem is mosquitoes.

The site where I have been residing mainly in summers for 22 years. A quiet site consisting of more than 90 villas in 2 adjacent to each other on the slope. Although the houses are close to each other, both the slope and the vegetation can make each villa feel autonomous. Downstairs, there is a pool, camellia, sitting areas, playground and basketball court in the common area. Being close to the center of Şile and the beach is another feature that makes the site attractive. Especially during the pandemic period, it is a pleasant site that makes you feel miles away from Istanbul even though it is 45 minutes away from the crowd and stress of the city.
