There was no air condition in the rooms . It was hot

The staff were very friendly. I think the Aquapark is nice but the rest is pretty subpar.

The refrigerator in our room was not working for the whole four days despite how many times we told the room service to fix it.

Quite good. Water is warm and clean Not that crowded. Dishes are a little expensive. I had french press coffe. It was not bad ---- Edit to previous review Total disgrace. Pool is dirty, personell is not helpful. Dishes are not good. They even charge for tea. Very amateur and not customer oriented. Thermal water, which has a temperature of 37 degrees, is equal to body temperature and has positive effects on many diseases such as nervous and muscular fatigue, arthritis, nervous diseases and postoperative fatigue besides its healing properties. The history of Hamamağı Spa, which is mentioned in Evliya Çelebi's Travelname, dates back to very old years and is known as Youth Water. Spa facilities have an important tourism potential due to the flooding of the surrounding provinces and districts in every period of the year. It was leased for investment for 29 years (Laysiad) Ladikli Industrialists and Businessmen Association with the tender held while being operated by Ladik Municipality. Existing facilities were demolished by Laysiad and a 4-star comfortable 205-bed thermal hotel started its operations in July 2018.İlçenin en önemli turizm alanı olan Hamamayağı Kaplıcası suyu ve piknik alanları ve dinlenme tesisleri ile güzide bir mekandır. İlçeye uzaklığı 13 km. mesafede bulunan kaplıcanın suyu, içerdiği mineraller bakımından Dünyanın ünlü kaplıcaları arasında yer almaktadır. 37 derecelik ısıya sahip olan kaplıca suyu vücut ısısına eşit olup, müzmin romatizma, nevralji, nevrite gibi cilt hastalıklarını iyileştirici özelliği yanında sinir ve kas yorgunluğu, eklem kireçlenmesi, sinirsel hastalıklar ve ameliyat sonrası yorgunluklar gibi daha bir çok hastalıklara da olumlu etkileri bulunmaktadır. Evliya Çelebi’nin Seyahatname isimli eserinde de bahsedilen Hamamayağı Kaplıcasının tarihi çok eski yıllara dayanmakta olup, Gençlik Suyu olarak bilinmektedir. Kaplıca tesisleri yılın her döneminde çevre il ve ilçelerin akınına uğraması nedeniyle önemli bir turizm potansiyeline sahiptir. Ladik Belediyesi tarafından işletilmekte iken yapılan ihale ile 29 yıl için (Laysiad) Ladikli Sanayici ve İş Adamları Derneğine yatırım amaçlı kiralanmıştır. Laysiad tarafından mevcut tesisler yıkılarak yerine 4 yıldızlı konforlu 205 yatak kapasiteli termal otel Temmuz 2018’de faaliyete geçmiştir.

Awesome place. Price/performance is top. Large swimming pool facility and great food. Strongly recommended.

We had an almost flawless vacation. Family friendly place with good thermal baths and spa service. High quality and abundant amenties in clean, comfortable rooms. Food was not that good but that's not what we came for. Nowhere else to eat in immediate location, you need to drive at least 15 minutes to nearby towns. Anyway, I will definately frequent this place.
