★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bağlıca bulvarı ile Etimesgut bulvarı kesişiminde hemen bağlıcanın merkezinde bulunan ve kooperatif tarafından yapılan bloklar. Tam anlamı ile bitmediği için atıl ve kötü bir görüntüsü var caddede. Oysa çok güzel bir konumu var, önündeki avm yollardır inşaatta durmuş.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Şimdiki Site yönetimi birşeyler yapmak istiyor yapıyor da. Fakat yeterli değil. Site sakinlerinin de katılmaları gerekir. Bağlıca nın en iyi yerinde olan site en bakımsız görünüyor. Şu anki yönetime kadar hiçbir şey yapılmamış yazık hem de çok yazık.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evleri çok özensiz yapılmış. Balkon yıkamaya çalışıyorsunuz su biyere toplanıyor. Camlar hava geçiriyor. Petek boruları patlıyor... yukarı katlarda çok kötü sigara kokuları yukarı çıkıyor. Özellikle önündeki inşaat çok sıkıntı bildiğin çöplük. Ayrıca bağlıcanın görüntüsünü bozuyor.
