Probably the best beach in yalikavak especially with kids

This is the WORST accomodation experience of mine. The facility CANNOT SATISFY even the VERY LEAST EXPECTATIONS of the customers. Physically the hotel and the beach are both in POOR CONDITION, warm water comes after 10 minutes to your shower in your room which you’ve paid minimum of 350€, the floors are falling apart in the beach, waiters do not even notice the customers who wants to order in the restaurant and aside from tea all of the drinks are extra (in a 350€ hotel). There is a menu in the room for the room service which they CANNOT serve at any time plus the service in both rooms and beach are BEYOND POOR. They do not even have a cpr kit! Staying here equals to throwing your money to street so if you want to have a vacation PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

The hotel has a very nice beach front with a good beach club. The staff was friendly. We had some complaints and the staff and hotel management listened to it and could offer solutions. Some renovation would help the facility but the beach front/beach and the staff helps to compensate this.

My mom and I were staying in this hotel for a health and wellness camp for 3 days. Although it is off season for this beach hotel, the hotel have made all of its services available for its short term vacationers. Before our flight I tested positive for Covid-19. This hotel's entire management and staff welcomed us back with warmth and care for our 7-day quarantine period. They provided excellent services and approached us with kind hearts. Their compassion for our situation throughout our quarantine period always boosted our moods and filled us with hope. I am so grateful for this hotel's staff for their empathy and hospitality. And strongly believe that the tourism industry should have more businesses like this one that care for their customers not only for their money but also for their well-being. I strongly recommend this hotel for a summer vacation on the beachfront of turquoise waters!
