★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Остатки древней архитектуры. Из за жаркого климата и нечастых дождей сохранились прекрасно. Колонны,портики,стены,и целые фрагменты архитектуры,чередуются с просто кучами камней. Ходить интересно. Чисто,дорожки расчищены,проблем нет
Remains of ancient architecture. Because of the hot climate and infrequent rains, they were perfectly preserved. Columns, porticoes, walls, and whole fragments of architecture alternate with just heaps of stones. It's interesting to walk. Clean, paths cleared, no problem

Bölge aynı zamanda UNESCO Dünya Mirası Listesi’ne dahil edilmiştir. Yeraltı sularından dolayı bölge yoğun şekilde turist çeker. Burada yer alan Apollon Tapınağı’na dair kalıntıların Hellenistik döneme dek uzandığı bilinir. Tapınağın giriş basamakları yaklaşık olarak 70 metredir.
The ancient city of Hierapolis, located in Pamukkale, was built by the King of Pergamum II. Founded by Eumenes. The history of the ancient city points to the 2nd century BC. The area is also included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Due to its underground waters, the region attracts intense tourists. It is known that the ruins of the Temple of Apollo here date back to the Hellenistic period. The entrance steps of the temple are approximately 70 meters.
