Hıdiv Kasrı Korusu

Good place for brunch. Amazing building and beautiful garden/park. To the best of my knowledge, the building houses the second elevator in Istanbul. (The elevator and the rooms upstairs are not open to public visit.) The park has an almost circular walking/running track around 1 km (didn't measure) with a decent inclination. Unfortunately, the narrow running pavement is not perfect, so you may need to run on asphalt occasionally. There is also a nice man-made waterfall. There is a single track for walking. For those of you who are looking for a running path with many alternatives, I would recommend Beykoz Abraham Paşa Korusu (aka Beykoz Korusu). However, the path is more steep there and be prepared for feeding many dogs :-) Beykoz Korusu also has a playground for kids.

Very nice in spring time

I recommend you to go by car, it's a long way for walking, but of course if you enjoy walking it's gonna be fine for you. It's a big enough park you can find a lovely restaurant and self service Cafe. It's nice for walking, sport, photo sessions.

Hidiv Pavilion is in the restoration process so we cannot enter or enjoying restaurants inside. I will give it 5 stars as soon as they opened after restoration ☝?

Best place to visit while at istanbul...

It's a beautiful place specifically for those who like great outdoors, the forest and the waterfall are magical. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to maintenance ?.

One of the most beautiful gardens of Istanbul. There is a ring road inside the forestry which is about 1.3km, tarmac and tartan. Also has a waterfall that is not real but gives the real effect. Restaurant and cafe is available. Normally breakfast served in weekends. But due to the pandemic breakfasts are not available right now. Also there is a restoration undergoing on main building. Only the cafe is serving a light menu.
