Interesting location, nice design. New cuisine with discorvery dishes. Unfortunately, lack of services and gaps in food quality not acceptable for the high price level.
July 8, 2021 we have experienced a very nice location which was meeting expectation
Note: Wine list menu pricing is proposing aged wine but serving younger wine, weird.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff. Modern and uplifting atmosphere in a rustic well-maintained building. We had a blast sipping on our wine from their extensive selection. The mezzanine section overlooking the bar is a good decision to expand the restaurant. Sitting there suspended in mid-air did enhance the taste of our drinks. I was told they project movies on a big screen in the back patio every Thursday weather permitting. Might be a good idea for a date.

Very professional servicing performance led by a detail-oriented and kind restaurant manager, Yagmur Bey. The staff made us feel really 'taken care of'. Thank you. Looking forward to visiting Hic Lokanta in Urla at the soonest possible convenience.

The sausage was not good.
Prices are too high. Price performance takes only two stars.
No Turkish beers. (Correction : we were not properly informed for the local beers.)
Was disappointed very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hiç means “nothing” in Turkish, that is a perfectly fitting expression to define the restaurant itself, there is nothing special. They are trying to position themselves as a authentic, organic and fine-dining. The food might be organic however the taste was mediocre and the prices are well on the upper level. The atmosphere was nice and the waiters was professional, however would not repeat or recommend.
