There is no service at all, the phones are always turned off, they cannot be reached, when they call repeatedly, they open and hang up instantly.

Hello, first of all, if you come early in the morning, there is no queue (earlier than 10.30). The employees are very helpful right away. If you came to collect your cargo, walk to the right, enter the door on the left, go to the top, then turn right.
