★ ★ ★ ★ ★ excellent hotel. clean. spacious rooms. friendly staff. coffee/ tea available to make in room. breakfast is fantastic. wifi didnt work on my phone and the pool is closed in winter which should have been told before booking. worth the cost though, I still recommend to stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at Heybe hotel for two nights. I used the room for just sleeping as most of the time I was out sightseeing. It is a non-cave hotel and no views of air balloon. It was lovely heated swimming pool and hammam, Turkish spa. Room is well equipped with all amenities. The breakfast is amazing with good spread and I really enjoyed with some views of the valley as it is served on rooftop. Room service may be slow specially in night as they are few staff available. I booked my seat in airport shuttle through them but I would suggest to book other tours and ballon rides through non-hotel agents to get better deal and pricing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is clean, really good price. The room was smaller than it looks in pictures. The only thing I didn't like, was that they don't have a restaurant in the hotel. I arrived very late at night and I was starving, all the restaurants outside were closed and I had to wait until next day to eat something... Everything else was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, nice rooms, one of the nicest swimming pools, spa and hamams in the area. Breakfast is amazing. Wake up early and you can enjoy balloon views from your room's windows or terrace.
The owner and staff are very welcoming. I always love coming back to Heybe.

Royal breakfast and the gentleman who takes care of serving breakfast is adorable
The rules of politeness at the reception must be improved

• walls are very thin and you can hear loud music from the outside till after midnight, and even people from the rooms next door
• safety is an issue - the front desk is empty with all our keys up for grabs
• “boutique bedrooms” are very cheap
• water in the pool was cold as it is not heated pool
Staff is very careless. I asked them to store mothers milk in their freezer (not fridge) so I can preserve it properly, after 4 days all my milk was melted.
