Heybe Hamam ve Turkish Bath - Uzundere Cad. No:25

My experience in this spa was very strange. When we first got there the lady couldn't understand what we wanted even though it was written on their website and on a brochure that they had there. We paid 35 euro for a peeling and soap treatment. It lasted around 30 minutes. They first guided us to the sauna and set a clock for 15 minutes. They told us to go to the steam room after for another 15 minutes but when we were just finished in the sauna they picked us up to get our treatment leaving us with no time for the steam room. The treatment was ok but had two draw backs: the ladies started to talk in another language in the middle of the massage, where they talking about us? Really unprofessional. The second bad thing, and the main reason for a bad review is that one of them left leaving the door opened, for other people to see us as god brought us to the world. Luckily the place was empty. To finalize they gave us a tea in the salt room. The overall experience, as I said, felt pretty unprofessional.

Great Boutique Hotel in Goreme. Super nice staff and great breakfast. Room with A/C. Bathroom was super tiny and no curtain for shower, so full of water after showering. 4/5

Unexpectedly good and very clean hamam. Around corner from our hotel. We were treated like royals. Therapists were so kind and worked very hard to heal me. #grateful

Everything was wrong here. It felt were poorly ran and operated/managed. They were very much wanting people to come in, but the staff inside were not even present and could hardly communicate even about the offerings. My services were interrupted and it seemed off. Then it smelled like cigarettes throughout! The steamroom and sauna were really good quality. The hamamn was not even hot though, and there was no relaxing as the staff were talking outside the doors. The changing rooms were poor quality and the slippers made my feet itch. The pool is great, but you can get that by staying at the hotel. I wanted to give more stars Bc I love spas, but for a tourist destination they need to work on their attention to detail and customer service. It’s a spa!!!

did the aroma oil massage package - loved the sauna/steam room & bath from the lovely lady (mei?) the massage was ok- she focused a bit too much on my calves. otherwise loved the clay mask and salt room in the end.

We came here for my partner's 40th birthday. This was the best Hammam experience I. Turkey. Everything was perfect, the massage the swim in the pool after. The hospitality of the owner was great and all of the staff were so happy, the place was 10/10 it was clean, perfect service and the treatment was incredible. Bring your bathers after.so you can swim in the pool. Thanks to the owner and staff for making Megan's birthday absolutely perfect. We wish you all the best with your new Hammam it was perfect.

A little bit overpriced (hence 4 stars instead of 5) but all in all - it was very refreshing to find out about this place in Cappadocia. We went for a package that includes sauna, steam shower, Turkish bath soap massage and in the end - a classic 45 minutes massage for 90 euro each. They provide you with a refreshing fruit tea while sitting in a salt room for 10 minutes to relax by the end of the massage. We didn’t use the pool because it was too cold.

Massage was good, Turkish bath was good however they don't condition your hair so be prepared to have tangles, wife was definitely unhappy. The pool isn't heated so it cold and the area around the pool is dirty. For the price it's definitely not worth it.
