Hertz aéroport d'Izmir des escrocs !!!!! J'ai réservé une voiture via internet pour une location en Turquie ä Izmir. Payée un mois en avance en arrivant a Izmir on nous annonce que la carte de crédit n'est pas au nom du conducteur et que ce n'est pas possible, je propose donc de changer ou de rajouter un conducteur au même nom que la carte ( le mien en l'occurrence) on me dit nous allons faire mieux madame je vais annuler votre réservation et nous allons en faire une nouvelle qui en plus vous coûtera moins chère! Merveilleux non? Vous serez remboursé sous 4 jours me dit il! 1 semaine plus tard nous rendons la voiture et je leur demande si c'est normal que ma réservation ne soit pas remboursé e et que je n'ai reçu aucun mail concernant l'annulation ? La les deux agents de sont littéralement moques de nous et nous ont dit en riant d'appeler le service client ! 3 jours pour enfin joindre quelqu'un du service client qui nous annonce que la réservation n'a pas été annulée et que personne ne peut rien y faire !!!! Bravo hertz. Et en particulier hertz aéroport d'Izmir des escrocs, impensable venant d'un tel groupe!!!!
Hertz Izmir Airport from the crooks !!!!! I booked a car via the internet for a rental in Turkey in Izmir. Paid a month in advance when arriving in Izmir, we are told that the credit card is not in the name of the driver and that this is not possible, I therefore propose to change or add a driver with the same name as the card (mine in this case) I am told we are going to do better madam I am going to cancel your reservation and we are going to make a new one which will cost you less! Wonderful, isn't it? You will be refunded within 4 days he told me! 1 week later we return the car and I ask them if it is normal that my reservation is not refunded and that I have not received any email concerning the cancellation? The two agents literally laughed at us and laughed at us to call customer service! 3 days to finally reach someone from customer service who tells us that the reservation has not been canceled and that no one can do anything about it !!!! Well done hertz. And in particular hertz Izmir airport of the crooks, unthinkable coming from such a group !!!!

İzmir Havalimanı şubesini 6 yıldır yılda 2, 3 sefer kullanırım inanın zerre sorun yaşamadım mikemmel bir firma sınırsız km araçta hasar varsa önceden söylüyorlar.,ekstra ücret hiç çıkarmadılar çalışanlar güleryüzlü yardımcı oluyorlar....... 5 yıldız veriyorum
I've been using the Izmir Airport branch 2 or 3 times a year for 6 years, believe me, I haven't had any problems. It's an excellent company, if there is damage to the vehicle with unlimited km, they tell me in advance., they never charged extra, the employees are friendly and helpful....... I give 5 stars.

인터넷 제휴사이트에서 예약하면 매우 불편하다. 다시 예약해버리고 기존의 제휴사이트 예약은 취소요청도 하지 않아 환불 받기가 매우 번거롭게 만들어 버린다. 결국 고객책임으로 떠넘겨 하소연 할때도 없다. 허츠 자체 홈페이지를 통하여 예약해야 편리하다. 신용카드 없이 현금결제도 가능하고, 오피스 직원은 업무처리가 매우 늦다. 결론적으로 비추천. 미국 허츠와 다른 서비스. 내 돈내고 매우 불친절과 무성의한 태도를 경험할수 있다.

Hertz management in general is bad, terms and policies are tricky, and specially personal in this office are very bad. The policy to give cars according to nationality, making me sick, They don't give Some nationalities any cars no matter what kind of visa they have , even when having reservation and made prepayment.

This is clearly a scam. First, I was told they cannot accept my credit card. When I gave the other credit card, the agent said it is declined. I called my bank to figure out the reason, but the associated told me there were no transaction attempts for today. Then suddenly the rental agent gave me a favor. He brought me to the other counter of a local rental company who willingly agreed to give me a ‘brand new’ car. When I asked for a contract he told me I have to pay first, and then everything else. This was when I realized they play this staged performance not for the first time today.

Worst experience ever. Called the office directly to ask for availability, got the information that they did not have any cars (?). When I said I could book it online, I got told to just do so, so I booked it online. When we got to the office to get the car, the very unhelpful service agent asked for a credit card, saying they needed to cover a certain amount. As foreigners we did not have a local credit card, but an international debit card, which have never been a problem using. The agent said they could not cover from debit, we then asked them to collect the amount and refund later when we delivered the car, which he insisted was not possible. Two counters beside we went to Garenta, who was very helpful and solved our problem without any hesitation The rude service agent at Hertz even said he had cancelled our booking later when we got back, and we had a long wait for our refund, as they again needed local bank information to refund the amount, although the payment was made from a foreign bank. Not recommended at all!
