★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir beslenme kulübünden daha fazlası,hem beden sağlığınızı hem de ruh sağlığınızı düzeltiyor. Ve bunlara ek olarak Mersin'de tek yaşıyor olmama rağmen aile hasreti çektirmeyip bana aile oldular. Bence vakit kaybetmeden siz de bu aileye katılmalisiniz.
More than a nutrition club, it improves both your physical and mental health. In addition to this, even though I was the only one living in Mersin, they did not make the family longing, and they became family. I think you should join this family without wasting time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kulübe başlayalı daha 2 hafta oldu belki çok kısa ama bu kısa sürede bile sağlıklı bir şekilde 6 kilo verdim. Uyku sorunumu koçum sayesinde hallettim. Daha başaracağımız çok şey var. Muhakkak yolunuz düşerse uğramanizı tavsiye ederim. Şimdiden herşey için teşekkürler. Ekstra Hakan Hocam Çok Seviliosunuz :)))
The hut was more than 2 weeks, maybe too short but this gave me 6 pounds in a short time even in a healthy way. I took care of my sleeping problem with my coach. There's a lot more to do.
