★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiyat konusundaki yaklaşımı hiç beğenmedim 3 top dondurma söyledik. Kasede 3 tane külahta 1 tane söyledik. İki tane de su söyledim. 60 tl aldılar. kasada durumu söylediğimde kasede olunca fiyat değişiyor dediler. Bu durum oldukça rahatsız etti. Bir daha gideceğimi düşünmüyorum.
 I didn't like the price approach at all. We said 3 balls of ice cream. We said 3 in the bowl and 1 in the cone. I also ordered two waters. They took $60. When I said the situation at the checkout, they said the price changes when it is in the bowl. This was quite disturbing. I don't think I will go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biz burayı seviyoruz. Senede 1 2 defa geliyor, şarap tadıyor ve etrafı gezerek fotoğraf cektiriyoruz. Tabi ki yöresel lezzetlerini (kekik, sumak, nane vb) almayı da ihmal etmiyoruz.
Son zamanlarda şarap fiyatları ziyadesiyle pahalı olmasına rağmen yine de tadına bakılmalı diye düşünüyorum.
We love it here. We come 12 times a year, taste wine and take pictures by walking around. Of course, we do not neglect to buy local delicacies (thyme, sumac, mint, etc.).
Although wine prices have been very expensive lately, I still think it should be tasted.

All their products are high quality and delicious. If I'm going to buy or order a cake, I definitely prefer Hemşin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2015 yılından beri hemşin mimar Sinan şubesinden alış veriş yaparım. 20.01.2022 günü akşam saat 19.30 da 21.01.2022 günü için doğum günü pastası ayırttım. İsmimi ve telefon numaramı verdim ve akşam saat 19.30 da pastamı almaya gittiğimde iş yeri çalışanına pastamı sorduğumda karşı taraftan cevap alacağım yerde benden sonraki müşteriyle ilgilenmeye başladı. Ayırtmadınız herhalde dedim yine cevap yok sadece yüzüme bakmakla yetindi. İnsan pasta ayırmayı unutabilir insanlıkhali ama esnaf dediğin en azından bir özür diler. Bundan sonra buruya bir daha gelmem dedim ve çıktım.
I have been shopping at Hemşin Mimar Sinan branch since 2015. I reserved a birthday cake for 21.01.2022 on 20.01.2022 at 19.30 in the evening. I gave my name and phone number and when I went to buy my cake at 19.30 in the evening, when I asked the employee about my cake, instead of getting an answer from the other party, he started to deal with the next customer. I said I guess you didn't make a reservation, again no answer, he just looked at my face. People may forget to separate the cake, humanely, but the tradesmen at least apologize. After that, I said I would not come here again and left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aradığımız pastanın 1 saat içinde geleceğini söylediler. 1 saat geçtikten sonra aradık geldimi diye geldi dediler. Gittiğimizde o pastanın gelmediğini gördük. Daha dikkatli olsalar memnun kalırdık. Ürünler yinede lezzetli.
They said the cake we were looking for would arrive in 1 hour. After 1 hour passed, we called and they said they came. When we went, we saw that the cake did not come. We would have been pleased if they had been more careful. The products are still delicious.
