No good end dırty

Not helpful at all it probably the worst holiday ever dont recommend to any 1

my friends have a nice time on this Ultra All Inclusive resort.there is free wifi, free bar and etc.

This hotel is like a move Wrong Turn please dont lose your money everything is bad...!!!

Too many russians! Staff is indifferent and hides despite because knows whom they facing and tired from them.Tea is old and many times reboiled with water. Air conditioner is awfully dirty and blows out mustiness. Window with sliding door mounted so stupid that you can see through gap between it and wall - same with other windows in hotel, for example, windows in elevator well...

The toilet s where dirty and nobody could speak English the plaits where dirty we didn't have shampoo the hotel can't handle so many customers do not recommend

This hotel it used to be ok, some time ago... But now I will not recommend to go to. It's not a pleasant place to spend your vacation not at all.......... The place is too dark, no air-condition anywhere in the hotel. The standard room is ok, but the air condition is just above your head not to good at night. Beds are too old. It's not too clean. No one speaks English since all guests at the hotel 98% are Russians. They don't bother with the English. Well, this Is my last time in this hotel for me and friends Serge

It’s pity that so perspective hotel building and territory doesn’t have a good service and support. I like the building’s scope, rooms not very bad, old, but not super bad, plants on the territory were pretty, food was reasonable. Some items in my room were broken, but stuff fix them very quickly (thanks for that, I appreciate this). But there are a lot of issues: - air conditioners were very dirty, don’t use them, there are a lot of dusts and bacterias (if you don’t want to come back with cough or allergy). Looks like they haven’t been cleaned last 2-3 years. - territory near bars is dirty and stinks of sour bear (it’s not too hard to make it clean, but no one wants to do it) - people reuse their glasses and bottles on the bar, and parts of bar equipments touches with items, from which people already drank ?. First of all there a lot of bacteries and of course covid is possible. I think it’s should be forbidden ? !!! Do not use bar, I prefer to drink only water or drinks from the supermarket. - sunbeds are dirty, people cleaning them by themselves in the shower (but I think it’s not to hard to make a normal service on the beach, that’s all about the lazy personal and/or economy) I wish this hotel will have a better service in future. It’s can get 4-5 stars on google maps, but not now, sorry.
