I would not recomend spending money on this hotel. They have awfull beach, meal is so many but not tasty (not everything of cource), staff not helpful bad english speakers. Poor russian also. Only plus is pool.... Do not belive is tourist agency will tell you that package is Ultra all inclussive. That meand only food and pool is included. You have to pay for everything. 2 hours driving from airport with bus. And do not belove it is the 5 ? hotel. 3 ? max

The worst accomodation a hotel could offer! Dont be fooled by the “5 stars”! The food is so bad that i had to throw up at a point, the staff is terrible, the people at the reception cant even speak a language other than turkish and russian, people will mock you for speaking english, they will make fun of you in their native language if you had a question, they would laugh at your face! If you go to a vacation, this hotel is exactly what you should not be looking for!

The worst hotel I have ever been to! They call them self 5* star resort & spa hotel but I would give 1*. Hotel is very dirty everywhere- rooms, tables, dishes everywhere, old furniture etc. Staff definitelly too short to handle 2k guests. Staff is also very rude, especially russian speaking lady who was sitting in reception in guests relations office. Food was also very bad, not even talking about the drinks..Very dissapointing experience in Alanya.

I truly wish there was no star options. Horrible, just horrible. First of all, no one ever picks up the phone at the front desk. Kept calling and when someone finally picked up they didn’t speak English or Russian ( since most of the tourists are Russian in Antalya) . I asked her if I could speak to manager and she said “No” and hang up on me!!!! This place is screaming “ I haven’t been renovated since dinasour era” . We checked in and went upstairs to our room and saw TERRIBLE picture- dirty floors, chunks of someone’s hair on the carpet. Omg!!!! It felt like this hotel had no daily room cleaning at all. We decided to spend a night and go to another hotel the next day. The next morning went for breakfast before we leave: again, felt like we were being fed a prison breakfast. Stay away, people. I know everybody are looking for bargain when it comes to hotels, but trust me, u better pay more but get a clean room, good food and great memories. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO GET RENOVATED AND CLEANED!!! P.S. boys at the reception who checked us in were nice ?? the only positive note in this bad experience.

I stayed almost 2 weeks (September 19th to 30th) at the hotel Hedef Resort (there are two Hedef group hotels nearby and as I see, people are writing reviews for both of them in one place). First week there were a lot of people, ~90 - 95% Russians. It was really loud and noisy. There were too many people what confirms the always dirty breakfast and dinner tables (insufficient number of staff so they couldn't get tables clean for other guests). Hotel was dirty and messy - employee did not hurry to clean up (there were dirty dishes on a seat at the pool for at least 24h and a towel in the trees for at least 6 days!). The room also was dirty - the carpet full of black hair since first day we arrived (I have blond so they couldn't be mine :) ). We couldn't lock the balcony doors - switch broken. The TV remote control - broken. We had sewerage smell almost every time when we took the shower. We didn't get every day the everyday promised water. For covering at night there were something similar to tarpaulin cloth - not cozy at all. The floors always dirty and sticky in almost all hotel area. In the mini bar coffee machine didn't work time to time and it was messy at coffee tables every time. The gym - old, dirty and most of the equipment broken. BUT not everything was bad. The pool area - really beautiful and green, with flowers and olive trees. The beach was nearby and always place to get a sunbed. Food options - huge and everyone can get something good and delicious to eat. The Hedef Resort hotel definitely is not a 5* hotel - I would give no more than 2,5 or 3 stars.

We had a very beautiful holiday in the first half of October here. The balance price/quality is way too good for the tourists! The only problem was the fact that very few people from staff could speak English. The others only speak Turkish and most of them Russian. But anyway the staff was very helpful as much as they could be. All the rest was ok: food, bars, pool, beach and sea. This period is excellent for holiday here!

Great place, the stuff was very pleasant and amazing. There is only one thing that I didn't like, the drinks were served in plastic cups.

The 7 days stay was very nice, i did like specially the food that was plenty and mixed .The garden and pool were clean, stuff very nice and was good quality for the money. A minus would be the beach that doesn't have a beach bar or a toilet and is a bit far to go if u have those kind of needs lol , isn't so clean and also have some rocks in the sea that can hurt you if you don't have proper shoes and the biggest minus is that you have to ask to have your room cleaned or if you need towels ( problem is solved fast if you ask at the reception) . Per total was a very nice stay and is worth it as a value for the money , i recommend it if you are not so picky
