Great service and the jeweller guy and women both were diamond expert graded by HRD antwerp. They sell diamonds graded by Gemological instute of america and HRD Antwerp , which is very rare in Antalya. I can recommend you one hundred percent also they have amazing designs beyond your dreams..

After having bad experience buying a piece of jewelery from Antalya Jewelery stores, I went to this store by accident and right away, I noticed the difference in their products but more importantly in their prices.I bought a beautiful set with rubies and diamonds and unbelievably with great price. So far, I have bought and ordered many more pieces.

Wow. Such great ratings for so poorly offered services. The ratings are faked. you can see that by the german comments. These are about hotel-experiences... which doesn't have anything to do with jewelry. What's wrong with hazel jewels??? Well, their business understanding is quite ethical questionable... doubled, tripled prices...have a look on the comments by the locals. Im sorry Hazel, your products are good - but your behavior is somewhere else at the underground level.

My fiancé bought an engagement ring from Hazel Juwels that I've been wearing for 3 weeks now. The quality of the jewelry they sell is ridiculously bad. There's already a stone fallen of my engagement ring, it shouldn't have happened for the money we spent on it. We have now for the 3rd time received poor quality jewelry from this jewelry store. Including a bracelet, ring, and now my engagement ring. They are not customer friendly at all and quality is no where to be found.

My experience with this company is quite complementary to the negative reviews that have been already listed here. We were a frequent customer of this jewellery due to the nice jewelry they sell here. However, after having bought various items, the ‘premium italian’ quality is no where to be found. They tell you that their jewelry is produced in Italy and therefore is ‘premium’ and more expensive. I can tell you one thing; if a Turkish sales representative tells you it is produced in Italy, it is most likely produced in the exact same neighbourhoud as where the jewellery is located. Therefore, don’t ever buy their smooth talks about their ‘italian products’. However, moving on about the quality; a Hermes ring (2700 tl) and a Hermes bracelet (7000 tl), the quality was so poor, that both were immensely damaged after wearing them for the first time. You hear it correct, one time. We went back and got a refund for the Hermes bracelet and we sent the Hermes ring for repair. This repair, took about 4 weeks. They told us that it would take 2 weeks max, however, that was not the problem. When we came to pick up the ring, we didn’t find any differences concerning the ring’s damaged places. They were still as damaged as before. When I told the sales representative, called Batuhan (the most nasty sales represantative you will ever come across as he manipulates you with his nice words when buying but changes into a irrespectful person after the purchase), he disagreed and told me that the ring was repaired and that it was not damaged anymore. You can find the pictures attached and you can judge for yourself. I politely disagreed with him and told him I wanted it to be repaired. However, according to him, this was not possible as nothing more could be done to the ring. I was not pleased with this as he promised us that the big H would be replaced if necessary, however, this was not the case as Mr Batuhan is not as nice as before the purchase. As I did not agree to his conclusion, we continued fighting verbally and things got unpleasant. I showed utter respect when I showed that the ring was still damaged, but did not receive any as they already had my cash. This shows what kind of store this is, definitely one you should avoid. Spare yourself some time and money and go buy your jewelry somewhere else, not at these ungreatful thieves. PS. They claim that most of the negative reviews are placed by fake accounts and are fake scenarios, I can confidently tell you that these are not fake and should definitely be taken seriously. They will definitey recognize my name and will also comment on my review, so don’t worry about its validity.
