It's a very mediocre place. The quality was very high when it first opened, but now it's on the ground. You go to a place with troubled reservations, a different arrogant person at the cash register acts as if you have to go to that place. Everyone is grateful. Drinks came to the table even though we didn't want a drink many times. When we went to pay the bill, there were a lot of drinks that were written too much. Hayal Kahvesi is now a substandard place.

It's a disgrace, the employees have a strange, cocky attitude, no respect, and they obviously do their job unwillingly. During the Ozbi Concert, after I had to buy a concept they had produced outside of the organization, called the so-called "VIP table", one of the waiters, when I said I wanted to pay for my drink with a card, went back and returned to the table with a poss. This event ended when he cut the drink 10 liras more, and when I said that we would drop the next one, he said there is nothing I can do and left with a grin. A truly lousy place.

Nice place, a bit expensive 4 beers, corn on a plate 164 TL live music but poor sound system, mediocre business, waiters come and go all the time.

First of all, the environment was nice, the tables were set at certain distances, and the music was good. However, the atmosphere is too stuffy. The ventilation inside was also not working actively. I was in tears from the intensity of the cigarette smoke. The windows are already closed. I would like to remind you that it is Covid. Even if there is no covid, such things are not welcome. I think they should be taken care of in such a place. Toilets are a disgrace. You call my bug dead, you say layers of dirt? Now, when was the last time it was cleaned and we could see such an image... This kind of thing doesn't suit such a place. I preferred a non-alcoholic cocktail, but the syrup was poured straight into the lemonade and it came to my mouth. I wonder if the drinks are brought carelessly like this? :)
