If you go to this restaurant, I highly recommend that you eat "Bıçak Arası", which translates as "thinly chopped meat", not ground. The crust is so thin and the chopped meat is so juicy that it lures you back here. You should have Bıçak Arası with cold "Ayran", which is the traditional way in Konya.

Very thin dough covered vith plain well chopped lamb meat goes through the wood burnt oven and the smell and taste is outstandind with ayran and salad. When ever I go to Konya, eating delicious etliekmek at Havzan. Highly recomended...
