We only ate couple of things but all were great so here goes my four stars.
Black tea was good, non-flavoured simple black tea
Muhlama was great, one of the best i've eaten my entire life
Cheese, Bread were good and had lots of variations including gluten-free corn bread; which is extremely popular in the region
Gotta come back...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too much oily and salt in their food, I could not even eat pazi kavurma however, they charged for it which is so unfair and rude. Service was good that’s why I gave 2 stars. Normally they don’t even deserve one star.

The line was long there is no check in desk so you need to go up to staff. There were alot of guests waiting outside not knowing they had to check in with host to have their names written down.
Advice for improvement:
They need to have work server stations. It is so busy by the time servers go in and out already there are other requests from the table and this frustrates the clients.
Check in modular desk or stand. :)
Other then that price is amazing. Food again amazing. Will come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They welcomed us politely, but unfortunately nobody spoke English, so we struggled to order something and just ended up showing them a picture of what we wanted. They asked us questions in Turkish even though they see we are tourists. This place is popular with the locals, so some of them will stare at you if they notice you’re foreign (probably out of curiosity, but keep that in mind).
