Eger aracınız rampadan alçak kalıyorsa vay halinize.Hamallik yapıp tek tek kolileri kendi başınıza indiriyorsunuz..1 ton 2 ton farketmez.. hiç kimse yardım da etmiyor yasakmiş..sevsinler sizin gibi lojistik firmasını...Araçdaki malımız palet li olmasında rağmen koskoca Alman lojistik firması Havi bu tür durumlar için yolda yada ortalarda 1 tane Forklift bulundurmuyor ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Güvenliğe kayıt yaptırdıktan 2 saat sonra onca telefon trafiğine istinaden içeri girdim. Randevudan 2 saat sonra. Sebebini sorunca güvenliğin verdiği cevap seni aradık bulamadık. Güvenlik kapının önünde volta atarak firma aracını arıyor! İletişim çağında telefon kullanmıyor ama kayıt yaparken telefonumu alıyor. O kadar lanet yerlere gittim böylesine ilk defa rastladım.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben bu kadar rezil bir Lojistik firması görmedim..adamlarda Forklift yok muş..3 palet strecle sarılı malımızi bozup tek tek elle boşaltıp kendi paletlerine dizdirdiler..ayrıca Randevu saatinde gelmemizde rağmen 45 dakika beklettiler..
I have never seen such a disgraceful Logistics company..the men don't have forklifts..They spoiled our 3 pallets wrapped in strech and unloaded them one by one by hand and put them on their own pallets..Also, they made us wait 45 minutes even though we came at the appointment time..
