This rudeness is a behavior that does not fit in a corporate company like Havaş. I will not stop following this business, I will start all the legal proceedings.

After getting off at Kayseri airport, we said we would go to the bus terminal to go to Goreme and go from there by bus or minibus. The evening dress at Havaş pretended not to know, even though we asked for a minibus to Göreme, and then, if you want, on the way, he said, `` Let me transfer you to the minibus going to Göreme. '' As a result, we paid 14 TL to Havaş and 60 TL to the minibus (bus ticket price was 20 TL). If we bought the direct Nevşehir airport, the ticket would have been equivalent to almost the same price. My advice to you is to go to Göreme, either bring a suitable ticket and buy a ticket from Nevşehir Airport, or go to Göreme by bus from the city center by Havaş. I don't want to make a generalization, but you will get screwed in Kayseri somehow, be careful :)
