A mosque located in a very different small and perfect area

Located in Hatuniye District, right on the shore of Yeşilırmak, the mosque Sultan II. It was built in 1510 by Bülbül Hatun, the mother of Bayezid and Şehzade Ahmet. It is a complex consisting essentially of a mosque, a bathhouse and a school for children. The mosque is entered through the low arc-arched door to the north. The north façade is covered by a five-cell narthex, formed by six columns connected to each other by sharp brick arches. The walls of this section are higher than the walls of the main place of worship. The top of the arches are decorated with Meander motifs covering the whole facade. The last congregation place is covered with five small domes. Of the domes, only the middle is placed on an octagonal pulley, the others are used without a hoop. The walls of the rectangular planned mosque are made of rubble stone. The interior is divided into six sections by joining the two pillars in the middle of the prayer room to the walls. The middle two sections, wider and higher than those on the sides, are covered with two domes. In the north-west corner of the mosque is a brick-built, single-balcony minaret. The Sübyan School is located just east of the mosque. The pointed arched, stone-framed entrance is on Hazeranlar Street, where the mosque is also located. There are three rows of brick masonry crosswise on the walls built of rubble stone. There are three windows with pointed arches on the facade where the entrance is located. On the upper parts of the arches, geometric ornaments are formed by arranging the bricks in different ways. There is a low arched door opening to the inside on the west facade and two windows near the upper part of the wall. The interior of the single-storey building was built as a single large room. In the first state of the building, the roof is covered with a double dome. However, later the domes collapsed and the building was covered with a wooden roof. Floor and ceiling coverings are made of wood.

A historical mosque built by the wife of the Ottoman Sultan Bayezid II. He is still standing and waiting for his guests. It is as elegant as an embroidery.
